LUCKNOW: Sitapur Police Friday arrested 4 folks within the nursing recruitment examination paper leak case. Three of the accused — Utkarsh Mishra, Gaurav Rajvanshi, and Ankit Srivastava — had been staff of the IT firm tasked with conducting the examination. The fourth accused, Amit Mishra, was an aide of the trio.
Police mentioned the accused tampered with the server to facilitate the paper leak.Authorized motion has been initiated towards them beneath the Uttar Pradesh Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Ordinance-2024.
“Through the nursing examination on July 15-16, 2024, at KP Singh Memorial Institute of Pharmacy Faculty, Sitapur, eight candidates from Rajasthan had been discovered concerned in dishonest,” Sitapur SP Chakresh Mishra mentioned, including: “Later, investigation revealed Sanjay Pandey, an official on the examination centre, was concerned within the paper leak.
