The govt. on Friday instructed the Lok Sabha that it had no plans to carry any regulation relating to electoral bonds for the funding of political events, whereas replying to questions on electoral bonds. The govt. added it had no plans for an different funding proposal to the electoral bonds both, for the political events.
Trinamool Congress MP Mala Roy, in written questions on the contentious electoral bonds, requested “whether or not the government has any plan to carry any regulation relating to electoral bonds for political celebration funding; if that’s the case, the small print thereof; and if not, the choice/substitute being thought of for funding of political events to contest Lok Sabha/Meeting Elections.”
Union regulation and justice minister Arjun Ram Meghwal mentioned, govt doesn’t have any plan to herald any regulation relating to the bonds and that “no such proposal is into account of the authorities.”
