GUWAHATI: A second-year MTech scholar of Indian Institute of Know-how, Guwahati (IIT-G), allegedly died by suicide on Friday, studies Dhrubajyoti Malakar. The deceased Soumya Kumar (23), from Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur, was discovered lifeless in her room on the institute’s hostel.
