BENGALURU: Hours after the opposition BJP and its ally JD(S) launched an eight-day padayatra from Bengaluru to Mysuru demanding his resignation, CM Siddaramaiah labelled the saffron celebration because the “grandfather of corruption” and accused it of indulging in corrupt practices when it was in energy.
