NEW DELHI: The joint parliamentary committee (JPC) has been shaped to look at the Waqf (Modification) Invoice 2024, consisting of 31 members panel, 21 from the Lok Sabha and 10 from the Rajya Sabha.
The committee is anticipated to submit its report by the following Parliament session. The Lok Sabha on Friday adopted a movement, launched by minister of parliamentary and minority affairs Kiren Rijiju, naming its 21 members to the committee.
