Delhi: Greater Kailash school gets bomb threat email; no explosives found, say police

NEW DELHI: Panic prevailed in Delhi’s Larger Kailash space on Friday after a faculty obtained a risk electronic mail claiming {that a} bomb had been planted on its premises.

The Delhi Police instantly launched a probe into the matter, deploying personnel to safe the varsity and conduct an intensive search.
The e-mail, which was obtained by the Summer season Fields Faculty authorities, said {that a} bomb was planted throughout the faculty premises on Thursday.
Upon receiving the risk, the varsity authorities promptly alerted the Delhi Police, who launched a search of the complete faculty premises.
Regardless of in depth searches and investigations, no explosive system or suspicious merchandise was discovered throughout the faculty premises.
Principal of the Summer season Fields Faculty, Shalini Agarwal stated that as per the usual working process, the administration evacuated the scholars inside 10 minutes of receiving the e-mail.
