NEW DELHI: Rajya Sabha noticed a verbal spat between Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar and chief of opposition (LoP) Mallikarjun Kharge on Wednesday when the latter sought to lift an “emergent concern” (disqualification of wrestler Vinesh Phogat) in the course of the dialogue on Appropriation Invoice, but it surely was turned down by the Chair.
