Media shops danger shutdown for flattery and misinformation, says interim govt

DHAKA: The interim govt warned media shops Sunday that any try at flattery or misinformation as an alternative of publishing or broadcasting the reality might result in them being shut down. “Disgrace on you, disgrace on the media homeowners… you didn’t inform the reality,” residence affairs adviser Brig Gen (retd) M Sakhawat Hossain stated, alluding to the alleged suppression of reality about how the nation was being run for years.He stated he would not suggest the closure of any media outlet “for what they did prior to now”, however declared this would not be allowed throughout the tenure of the interim govt. “You already know me,” the previous navy officer stated.
