NEW DELHI: Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren marked his birthday on Saturday by sharing a poignant reflection on social media. He posted a picture of a prisoner’s stamp on his hand, describing it as a logo of the continuing challenges confronted by democracy. Soren defined that the stamp was positioned on his hand by jail authorities upon his launch from jail.
