CHANDIGARH: A retired assistant inspector common of Punjab Police shot useless his estranged son-in-law and Indian Civil Accounts Service officer in Chandigarh district courtroom on Saturday afternoon.
In line with police, Malwinder Singh Sidhu fired at Harpreet Singh (37), who was posted because the controller of accounts in Union ministry of agriculture and farmers’ welfare in Delhi, round 2pm, when each of them had come for a listening to in a matrimonial dispute between Harpreet and his spouse, Dr Amitoj Kaur.
