Hyderabad, July 8, 2024: The Telangana Council of Higher Education has officially commenced the online counselling process for TS EAMCET 2024 (now referred to as TG EAPCET). Aspiring candidates seeking admission to BE/BTech/Pharmacy courses at participating institutions can now apply online at tgeapcet.nic.in. Here’s everything you need to know about this crucial phase:

1. Eligibility and Registration:
   • Students who have successfully cleared TS EAPCET are eligible to participate in the counselling process.
   • The registration window is open from July 4 to July 12, 2024.

2. Counselling Process:
   • Step 1: Slot Booking
     • Visit the official website and click on the slot booking section.
     • Enter your login credentials, including Hall Ticket No, Date of Birth, and TGEAPCET Registration number.
     • Book your slot for certificate verification at your nearest Help Line Center (HLC).
   • Step 2: Document Verification
     • Certificate verification will take place from July 6 to July 13.
     • Ensure you have the necessary documents (listed below) for a smooth process.
   • Step 3: Choice Filling and Seat Allotment
     • Candidates can exercise web options from July 8 to July 15.
     • The provisional seat allotment results will be announced on July 19, 2024.
3. Required Documents:
   • TG EAPCET 2024 rank card
   • TG EACPET 2024 hall ticket
   • Aadhaar Card
   • SSC or its equivalent mark sheet
   • Intermediate or equivalent pass certificate
   • Transfer certificate from the previous institution
   • Income certificate issued after January 1, 2024
   • EWS income and asset certificate (valid for 2024-2025)
   • Caste Certificate
   • Residence Certificate
   • Minority Certificate
4. Counselling Schedule:
   • Registration and slot booking: July 4 to July 12
   • Certificate verification: July 6 to July 13
   • Exercising web options: July 8 to July 15
   • Freezing of options: July 15
   • Provisional seat allotment: July 19
   • Payment of tuition fee and online reporting: July 19 to July 23
   • Second phase of counselling: July 26
   • Final phase of counselling: August 8
