NEW DELHI: Movies exhibiting the discharge of water from the Pandoh Dam in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, have gone viral on social media. The floodgates of the dam had been opened following heavy rainfall and cloudbursts within the Kullu-Manali area, elevating water ranges within the Beas River and considerations about additional flooding.
