Watch: Sky turns orange as Hezbollah fires 30 rockets at Israel, US orders deployment of guided missile submarine

The Israeli Protection Forces (IDF) on Monday reported that Hezbollah millitants fired round 30 rockets from Lebanon into northern Israel in a single day. The rockets, which have been fired in a nighttime barrage, landed in open areas, and the IDF confirmed that there have been no casualties.
In line with the IDF, the rockets crossed from Lebanese territory into the Kabari area in northern Israel.In response to the assault, the IDF acknowledged that its forces are placing the areas in Lebanon from which the rockets have been fired.
In an announcement posted on X (previously Twitter), the IDF mentioned, “Additional to the alerts that have been activated within the north of the nation within the final hour, about 30 launches have been detected that crossed from the territory of Lebanon to the Kabari area, and numerous crashes have been detected in open areas. There are not any casualties. IDF forces assault the sources of the taking pictures.”

Hezbollah has claimed duty for the barrage, with the Hezbollah-affiliated Al Mayadeen information website reporting that the group focused an Israeli army base.

In response to the latest assault, Lloyd Austin, the US protection secretary, introduced the deployment of a guided missile submarine to the area, as confirmed by the Pentagon. This transfer comes amidst heightened tensions and issues over the soundness of the realm.
In line with a readout from the US protection division launched on Monday night time, Secretary Austin engaged in a dialogue with Israel’s protection minister, Yoav Gallant, on Sunday night. Throughout the dialog, Austin conveyed that the US has dispatched two ships and one submarine to Israel, with the intention of offering assist and strengthening their protection capabilities. He emphasised the US’ unwavering dedication to making sure the safety and protection of Israel.
Moreover, the Pentagon’s assertion revealed that Secretary Austin has directed the Abraham Lincoln strike group to expedite its deployment to the area.
